• Explain product features and basic documentation requirements.
• Share accurate information and route complex queries to the relevant team.
• Update follow-up status in the assigned system.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Qualification: 12th pass or equivalent; freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Experience: Relevant sales or telecalling experience is useful; freshers may also apply.

Work location: Noida Sector 15. Work from office, full time.

Monthly salary: ?13,500??17,000, depending on role fit and experience.
