If refund is required due to the above mentioned conditions, the refund will be made within 15-20 working days.
It is important to note that any refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team. We will review the request and respond accordingly within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
