At ITM Recruitment Services, we offer premium membership to provide additional features and benefits to our users. However, please note that premium membership fees are non-refundable. Once you have purchased a premium membership, we do not provide refunds, except in exceptional circumstances as outlined below:

Technical Issues:

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or utilizing the premium features, you may be eligible for a refund. Such cases will be assessed on an individual basis, and refunds will be granted at our discretion.

  • If there is a misrepresentation of the premium membership benefits or features on our part that significantly differs from what was advertised or communicated, you may request a refund. We will review such cases and determine the eligibility for a refund.

Unauthorized Charges:
  • If you notice unauthorized charges related to the premium membership on your billing statement, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if it is proven to be an error on our part, we will refund the unauthorized charges.

If refund is required due to the above mentioned conditions, the refund will be made within 15-20 working days.
It is important to note that any refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team. We will review the request and respond accordingly within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
