Responsibilities: Assist customers with product or service questions and route unresolved cases to the right team. Work professionally with customers, maintain accurate records, and follow the employer's service process.

Requirements: Graduate qualification and at least 6 months of relevant experience. Selected candidates will support customers, document interactions, and refer complex cases to the relevant team.
