Eligibility: Undergraduate or any graduate. Applicants should have 6+ months' experience supporting international e-commerce customers. Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities: Provide timely updates and follow the required customer-service procedures. Clear communication, patience and professional customer handling are important.

Salary: ?22,000??30,000 per month (CTC, up to ?30,000 depending on experience and process fit).
