Email and Chat Support Executive ? Jaipur

We are hiring for a Jaipur-based Email and Chat Support Executive role supporting email and live-chat requests from international customers.

Eligibility: Undergraduate or any graduate. Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in an international e-commerce process. Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities: Resolve customer concerns through calls, email or chat, following process guidelines. Good spoken English and a customer-focused approach are expected.

Salary: ?23,000??29,000 per month (CTC, up to ?30,000 depending on experience and process fit).
