Seeking a customer-focused professional for customer concerns about orders, delivery, returns and refunds in our Jaipur office.

Eligibility: Undergraduate or any graduate. Prior international e-commerce experience of 6 months or more is required. Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities: Resolve customer concerns through calls, email or chat, following process guidelines. Applicants should be comfortable working with international customers and service targets.

Salary: ?20,000??28,000 per month (CTC, up to ?30,000 depending on experience and process fit).
