Voice Process Executive ? Jaipur

Join the Jaipur team to support inbound customer calls for an international e-commerce process as part of an international process.

Eligibility: Undergraduate or any graduate. Applicants should have 6+ months' experience supporting international e-commerce customers. Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities: Assist customers with order status, delivery concerns, returns, refunds and account-related questions. Clear communication, patience and professional customer handling are important.

Salary: ?20,000??25,000 per month (CTC, up to ?30,000 depending on experience and process fit).
