Join the Jaipur team to support customer care for an international e-commerce account as part of an international process.

Eligibility: Undergraduate or any graduate. Applicants should have 6+ months' experience supporting international e-commerce customers. Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities: Record interactions accurately and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team. Clear communication, patience and professional customer handling are important.

Salary: ?25,000??28,000 per month (CTC, up to ?30,000 depending on experience and process fit).
