Seeking a customer-focused professional for customer experience and service resolution for online shoppers in our Jaipur office.

Eligibility: Undergraduate or any graduate. Prior international e-commerce experience of 6 months or more is required. Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities: Handle customer queries professionally, check order details, and provide accurate updates. Applicants should be comfortable working with international customers and service targets.

Salary: ?19,000??30,000 per month (CTC, up to ?30,000 depending on experience and process fit).
