Customer Service Executive ? Jaipur

An opportunity is available in Jaipur for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer service requests related to international online orders.

Eligibility: Undergraduate or any graduate. Minimum 6 months of international e-commerce customer support experience is mandatory. Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities: Assist customers with order status, delivery concerns, returns, refunds and account-related questions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Salary: ?25,000??30,000 per month (CTC, up to ?30,000 depending on experience and process fit).
