An opportunity is available in Jaipur for a E-commerce Support Associate to manage e-commerce queries involving orders, returns and product information.

Eligibility: Undergraduate or any graduate. Minimum 6 months of international e-commerce customer support experience is mandatory. Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities: Provide timely updates and follow the required customer-service procedures. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Salary: ?19,000??26,000 per month (CTC, up to ?30,000 depending on experience and process fit).
