An office-based collection role is available for candidates with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities: Follow up with customers over phone, communicate payment timelines politely, and maintain basic Excel/call logs.

Requirements: Candidates should be comfortable speaking with customers by phone and maintaining records. Collection experience is beneficial.

Work Mode: Full-time, work from office. Field Work: No field work.

Salary: ?15,000??19,000 per month, based on interview, within the advertised ?12,000??20,000 range. Performance-based incentives may apply; confirm fixed pay and incentive terms during the interview.
