Remote and office role opening: Recruitment Associate ? Talent Acquisition (Chromepet, Chennai)

Location: Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil NaduWork mode: Work from home. Schedule: Full-time.

Role overview: Qualify incoming leads, share service details, and route complex questions to the appropriate team member. The selected candidate will support the talent acquisition function and share progress with the team lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete assigned daily tasks and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Communicate politely with candidates or customers and follow approved process guidelines.
• Keep follow-up status current and meet agreed quality and productivity expectations.
