Customer outreach team hiring: Recruiter ? Sales Support (Panampilly Nagar, Kochi)

Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, KeralaWork mode: Work from home. Schedule: Full-time.

Role overview: Make outbound calls to assigned leads, understand requirements, share suitable details, and record call outcomes. The selected candidate will support the sales support function and share progress with the team lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete assigned daily tasks and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Communicate politely with candidates or customers and follow approved process guidelines.
• Keep follow-up status current and meet agreed quality and productivity expectations.

Eligibility: Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory. Applicants should be confident on calls and able to use basic spreadsheets.
