New team expansion: Telecaller ? Inside Sales (Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar)

Location: Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar, PunjabWork mode: Work from office. Schedule: Full-time.

Role overview: Handle assigned calling lists, confirm details, update status notes, and escalate unresolved queries when required. The selected candidate will support the inside sales function and share progress with the team lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete assigned daily tasks and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Communicate politely with candidates or customers and follow approved process guidelines.
• Keep follow-up status current and meet agreed quality and productivity expectations.

Eligibility: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with people and maintaining records.
