Graduate hiring opportunity: Telecalling ? Recruitment Support (Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad)

Location: Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar PradeshWork mode: Work from home. Schedule: Full-time.

Role overview: Build positive candidate or customer relationships through timely calls, clear explanations, and consistent follow-through. The selected candidate will support the recruitment support function and share progress with the team lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete assigned daily tasks and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Communicate politely with candidates or customers and follow approved process guidelines.
• Keep follow-up status current and meet agreed quality and productivity expectations.

Eligibility: Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory. Applicants should be confident on calls and able to use basic spreadsheets.
