Role overview: Manage inbound enquiries, respond professionally, update the tracking sheet, and schedule timely callbacks. The selected candidate will support the telecalling operations function and share progress with the team lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete assigned daily tasks and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Communicate politely with candidates or customers and follow approved process guidelines.
• Keep follow-up status current and meet agreed quality and productivity expectations.
