Role overview: Contact candidates or prospective customers, explain relevant information clearly, and maintain accurate follow-up records. The selected candidate will support the people operations function and share progress with the team lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete assigned daily tasks and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Communicate politely with candidates or customers and follow approved process guidelines.
• Keep follow-up status current and meet agreed quality and productivity expectations.
