Experienced candidate opening: HR Executive ? Telecalling Operations (Dispur, Guwahati)

Location: Dispur, Guwahati, AssamWork mode: Work from home. Schedule: Full-time.

Role overview: Coordinate interview or sales appointments, keep records updated, and follow up on pending responses. The selected candidate will support the telecalling operations function and share progress with the team lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete assigned daily tasks and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Communicate politely with candidates or customers and follow approved process guidelines.
• Keep follow-up status current and meet agreed quality and productivity expectations.
