Job location: Malad East, Mumbai (confirm the assigned office location before interview).

Salary: Experienced recruiters: ?27,000??30,000/month, plus incentives/commissions as applicable. Additional earnings through incentives/commissions as stated in the brief.

Employment: Full-time recruitment role.

Scope: Domestic and international recruitment, including bulk hiring for Gulf destinations such as UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain.

• Explain role requirements and maintain candidate communication.
• Coordinate candidate calls, interview schedules and follow-ups.
• Screen resumes and shortlist applicants against the job requirements.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (approximately 1?5 years) may apply. Preferred: Candidate sourcing, coordination, basic Excel and documentation skills.

Schedule: Full-time, work-from-office position. Skills: Bulk-hiring experience is preferred; immediate joiners are welcome.
