Urgent Hiring: Collection Recovery Agent

Urgent requirement for telecallers to support customer EMI follow-ups from the office.

Responsibilities: Call customers for collection reminders, handle routine payment-related queries professionally, and record outcomes.

Requirements: Clear communication and a polite approach are important. Basic Excel skills and prior collection calling experience are preferred.

Work Mode: Full-time, work from office. Field Work: No field work.

Salary: ?15,000??18,000 per month, based on interview, within the advertised ?12,000??20,000 range. Performance-based incentives may apply; confirm fixed pay and incentive terms during the interview.
