Back Office Coordinator

We are looking for an organised HR team member: HR Coordinator ? MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Job location: MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Work mode: Work from Home (remote). Schedule: Full-time.

Role summary: Support the HR team with recruitment support. This role is suitable for applicants who can communicate professionally, stay organised, and complete assigned tasks remotely.

Key responsibility: Assist the hiring team with job postings, applicant tracking, and recruitment reports.

• Maintain accurate updates in shared trackers and follow the team?s process.
• Communicate clearly with candidates or internal stakeholders and keep information confidential.
• Complete assigned work within agreed timelines and ask the supervisor for guidance when required.

Eligibility: 12th pass. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Basic computer and smartphone/internet skills are helpful. Male and female candidates can apply.

Salary: ?26,400??31,100 per month, depending on skills, interview, schedule, and role fit. Final terms will be explained during selection.
