Hiring for a work-from-home HR team supporting recruitment and people operations. Location tag: Hinjewadi.

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals and professional networks; screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Assist with joining formalities, document collection and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Update applicant tracking sheets, remove duplicate records and maintain accurate candidate data.

Eligibility: 12th pass or above; freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Basic computer skills, reliable internet access and professional communication are preferred.

Work mode: Remote / Work from Home. Part-time schedule. Gender: all candidates may apply.

Compensation: ?18,000??28,000 per month, depending on skills, schedule and experience. Performance incentives may be available based on role and policy.
