Hiring for a work-from-home HR team supporting recruitment and people operations. Location tag: Kharadi.

• Maintain employee files, attendance records and onboarding checklists using spreadsheets or HR software.
• Support HR operations, policy communication and routine employee documentation.
• Follow up with shortlisted applicants and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility: 12th pass or above; freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Basic computer skills, reliable internet access and professional communication are preferred.

Work mode: Remote / Work from Home. Full-time schedule. Gender: all candidates may apply.

Compensation: ?18,000??30,000 per month, depending on skills, schedule and experience. Part-time and full-time schedules are available depending on team requirements.
