Hiring for a work-from-home HR team supporting recruitment and people operations. Location tag: Kothrud.

• Arrange virtual interviews, send meeting details and follow up on interview outcomes.
• Follow up with shortlisted applicants and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview calendars, maintain candidate records and share timely updates with applicants.

Eligibility: 12th pass or above; freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Basic computer skills, reliable internet access and professional communication are preferred.

Work mode: Remote / Work from Home. Full-time schedule. Gender: all candidates may apply.

Compensation: ?25,000??35,000 per month, depending on skills, schedule and experience. Performance incentives may be available based on role and policy.
