Hiring for a work-from-home HR team supporting recruitment and people operations. Location tag: Kalyani Nagar.

• Screen applications against role requirements and maintain a shortlist for recruiter review.
• Support end-to-end recruitment including job posting, candidate follow-ups and offer documentation.
• Support HR operations, policy communication and routine employee documentation.

Eligibility: 12th pass or above; freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Basic computer skills, reliable internet access and professional communication are preferred.

Work mode: Remote / Work from Home. Part-time schedule. Gender: all candidates may apply.
