Recruitment Associate ? Remote HR Opportunity

Hiring for a work-from-home HR team supporting recruitment and people operations. Location tag: Pune Camp.

• Support end-to-end recruitment including job posting, candidate follow-ups and offer documentation.
• Coordinate with department leads to understand vacancies and prioritize hiring requirements.
• Assist with induction scheduling, training coordination and employee engagement activities.

Eligibility: 12th pass or above; freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Basic computer skills, reliable internet access and professional communication are preferred.

Work mode: Remote / Work from Home. Full-time schedule. Gender: all candidates may apply.

Compensation: ?18,000??35,000 per month, depending on skills, schedule and experience. Opportunity to learn recruitment tools and HR processes.
