Executive HR ? Remote HR Opportunity

Hiring for a work-from-home HR team supporting recruitment and people operations. Location tag: Bibwewadi.

• Assist with joining formalities, document collection and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Arrange virtual interviews, send meeting details and follow up on interview outcomes.
• Create weekly hiring summaries and flag pending interviews or missing documents to the HR lead.

Eligibility: 12th pass or above; freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Basic computer skills, reliable internet access and professional communication are preferred.

Work mode: Remote / Work from Home. Full-time schedule. Gender: all candidates may apply.

Compensation: ?17,000??28,000 per month, depending on skills, schedule and experience. Performance incentives may be available based on role and policy.
