Hiring for a work-from-home HR team supporting recruitment and people operations. Location tag: Kharadi.

• Assist with induction scheduling, training coordination and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in coordinating hiring drives and communicating role details to eligible applicants.
• Assist with joining formalities, document collection and orientation sessions for new employees.

Eligibility: 12th pass or above; freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Basic computer skills, reliable internet access and professional communication are preferred.

Work mode: Remote / Work from Home. Part-time schedule. Gender: all candidates may apply.

Compensation: ?24,000??35,000 per month, depending on skills, schedule and experience. Part-time and full-time schedules are available depending on team requirements.
