Hiring for a work-from-home HR team supporting recruitment and people operations. Location tag: Aundh.

• Conduct initial phone screenings, verify basic eligibility and forward suitable profiles to hiring managers.
• Respond to candidate queries professionally and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Manage candidate databases confidentially and ensure records are organized and up to date.

Eligibility: 12th pass or above; freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Basic computer skills, reliable internet access and professional communication are preferred.

Work mode: Remote / Work from Home. Full-time schedule. Gender: all candidates may apply.

Compensation: ?18,000??33,000 per month, depending on skills, schedule and experience. Training and guidance provided to freshers.
