HR Recruitment Opportunity ? Domestic & International Recruitment

Job location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (confirm the assigned office location before interview).

Salary: Experienced recruiters: ?25,000??32,000/month, plus incentives/commissions as applicable. Additional earnings through incentives/commissions as stated in the brief.

Employment: Full-time recruitment role.

Scope: Domestic and international recruitment, including bulk hiring for Gulf destinations such as UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain.

• Screen resumes and shortlist applicants against the job requirements.
• Follow up with applicants and keep recruitment trackers updated.
• Coordinate interview feedback and joining follow-ups with the relevant team.

Experience: Open to freshers and recruiters with 1?5 years of experience. Preferred: Candidate sourcing, coordination, basic Excel and documentation skills.

Schedule: Full-time role with recruitment coordination at the assigned office. Skills: Bulk-hiring experience is preferred; immediate joiners are welcome.

Final salary composition (in-hand/CTC), incentives and current vacancy status should be confirmed during screening.
