Recruitment Team Opening ? Domestic & International Recruitment

Company: Business Point Solutions.

Job location: Gokuldham, Goregaon East, Mumbai (confirm the assigned office location before interview).

Salary: Experienced recruiters: ?25,000??35,000/month, plus incentives/commissions as applicable. Additional earnings through incentives/commissions as stated in the brief.

Employment: Full-time recruitment role.

Scope: Domestic and international recruitment, including bulk hiring for Gulf destinations such as UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain.

• Coordinate candidate calls, interview schedules and follow-ups.
• Follow up with applicants and keep recruitment trackers updated.
• Maintain candidate records and support recruitment documentation.

Experience: Freshers and experienced applicants are considered; bulk-hiring experience is preferred. Preferred: Candidate sourcing, coordination, basic Excel and documentation skills.

Schedule: Office-based full-time recruitment role. Skills: Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills are required.

Final salary composition (in-hand/CTC), incentives and current vacancy status should be confirmed during screening.
