Requirements: Graduate candidates with 1+ year of relevant telesales experience are preferred; banking sales experience will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills are important. Candidates should be comfortable with lead follow-ups and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call assigned leads and introduce the relevant product.
• Understand customer requirements and answer product-related questions.
• Record call outcomes and plan timely follow-ups.

Working Details: Day-shift position with six working days each week.
