HR Recruiter – Work From Home

Location: Wazirabad, Delhi (remote role)

Manage candidate communication, schedule online interviews, send interview details, follow up on interview outcomes, and keep the applicant pipeline updated.

• Work mode: Work from home; reliable internet and a quiet workspace required.
• Use basic computer tools, email, spreadsheets, and professional phone communication.
• Maintain accurate records and meet agreed daily follow-up/reporting timelines.

Requirements: 12th pass or above; fresher and experienced candidates may apply. Good communication, organization, and willingness to learn are preferred.
