HR Recruiter – Work From Home

Location: Karawal Nagar, Delhi (remote role)

Assist with sourcing, initial screening, candidate follow-ups, and maintaining a structured database of applicants for current openings.

• Work mode: Work from home; reliable internet and a quiet workspace required.
• Use basic computer tools, email, spreadsheets, and professional phone communication.
• Maintain accurate records and meet agreed daily follow-up/reporting timelines.

Requirements: 12th pass or above; fresher and experienced candidates may apply. Good communication, organization, and willingness to learn are preferred.
