Recruitment Coordinator ? Remote / Work From Home

Hiring for an HR team supporting recruitment across Pune, Mumbai and other locations. This is a remote opportunity; candidates do not need to report to an office daily.

• Help organize virtual interviews and collect interviewer feedback
• Verify candidate availability, notice period and salary expectations
• Conduct initial phone screenings and check basic eligibility

Eligibility: 12th pass or above. Freshers and experienced candidates, all genders, may apply. Part-time and full-time options are available, subject to team requirements.

Skills: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; training will be provided for basic recruitment workflows. Salary range: ?22,000??34,500 per month, based on role fit and interview. Contact: 9079972956.
