Tech Support executive – Santacruz West, Mumbai

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Santacruz West, Mumbai. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pending customer requests.
• Handle customer queries through live chat and provide clear, accurate responses.
• Verify customer details and follow standard data privacy procedures.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Good listening, typing and customer-handling skills will be an advantage. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
