International Voice process – Kolshet, Thane, Mumbai

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Kolshet, Thane, Mumbai. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Support international customers over inbound calls and resolve service-related questions.
• Maintain quality standards, response-time targets and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate notes, ticket categories and disposition codes after each interaction.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Good listening, typing and customer-handling skills will be an advantage. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
