International Nonvoice Process – CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai

Hiring for an international customer experience team in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team and follow up until closure.
• Manage follow-up calls and update the status of unresolved cases.
• Provide courteous support to customers from different countries and backgrounds.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Good listening, typing and customer-handling skills will be an advantage. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.

Work location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai. Shift: day or rotational shifts. Salary: ₹22,000–₹33,000 per month, depending on skills and interview. Contact: 7065982582.
