International Customer Representative – Bandra East, Mumbai

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Bandra East, Mumbai. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Explain product features, policies and service procedures to overseas customers.
• Support international customers over inbound calls and resolve service-related questions.
• Assist customers with account, order, billing and general product enquiries.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Clear spoken English and basic computer knowledge are preferred. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory.
