International Customer Representative – Agarpara, Kolkata

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Agarpara, Kolkata. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Explain product features, policies and service procedures to overseas customers.
• Support international customers over inbound calls and resolve service-related questions.
• Assist customers with account, order, billing and general product enquiries.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Candidates should be comfortable learning CRM tools and following process guidelines. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory.
