Hiring for an international customer experience team in Thane East, Mumbai. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Record each interaction accurately in the customer relationship management system.
• Document recurring issues and share useful feedback with team leaders.
• Maintain accurate notes, ticket categories and disposition codes after each interaction.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Clear spoken English and basic computer knowledge are preferred. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory.
