Hiring for an international customer experience team in EM Bypass, Kolkata. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Manage follow-up calls and update the status of unresolved cases.
• Assist customers with account, order, billing and general product enquiries.
• Verify customer details and follow standard data privacy procedures.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome.
