Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using a polite and professional tone, through non-voice support queues, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
