Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through non-voice support queues, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
