Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through international customer care channels, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
