The recruitment team is accepting applications for the role described below. Candidate sourcing location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Salary: ?30,000??38,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.
Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through chat and email queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.
Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
