Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using patient, customer-focused communication, through chat and email queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
