Tech Support executive ? Kharadi, Pune

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Kharadi, Pune. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Use approved scripts and knowledge-base articles to give consistent information.
• Record each interaction accurately in the customer relationship management system.
• Respond to email and chat tickets while maintaining professional written communication.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
