Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through live chat, with attention to professional communication while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
